Lead participatory training and co-creation sessions that don’t just check the box—they challenge the way institutions show up for migrant workers.
We are assembling a team of trainers and facilitators to support rights-based awareness and capacity-building work as part of a proposed Gulf-based initiative.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering participatory training and awareness sessions
- Supporting co-creation workshops with civil society and institutional actors
- Translating technical material into accessible, culturally relevant content
- Capturing lessons learned for synthesis and reporting
Required qualifications:
- Experience in training, facilitation, or adult learning
- Background in labour rights, migration, gender, or social protection preferred
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
- Arabic fluency required; English a plus
- This opportunity is contingent on a successful funding award.
