Support policy analysis and mapping to improve how social protection systems engage with the people most often left out of them.
We’re seeking a Social Protection Advisor to contribute to a proposal team working on regional mapping and system-strengthening efforts in the Gulf.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising on analysis of lifecycle social protection mechanisms
- Reviewing tools and reports for accuracy and relevance
- Contributing to stakeholder mapping and policy recommendations
- Providing cross-country comparative insights
Required qualifications:
- Experience working on social protection, labour administration, or worker rights
- Understanding of social insurance, wage protection, and grievance mechanisms in Gulf countries
- Experience supporting research or policy work related to migrant worker rights
- Fluency in English required; Arabic an asset
- This consultancy will proceed if the proposal is awarded.
