Bring a feminist lens to field research, stakeholder engagement, and policy dialogue in the Gulf because inclusion isn’t an afterthought.
We are seeking a gender and social inclusion consultant for a proposed initiative focused on improving rights-based access to services for migrant workers in the Gulf.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring gender-transformative and intersectional approaches across all phases
- Co-designing participatory methods for group engagement
- Providing gender analysis of data, tools, and findings
- Advising on behavioural design for inclusive interventions
- Supporting final report validation and gender-sensitive recommendations
Required qualifications:
- Advanced expertise in gender analysis and feminist methodologies
- Experience applying gender and inclusion frameworks in labour or migration-focused research
- Familiarity with the Gulf context
- Experience designing or evaluating behavioural/social interventions preferred
- Fluency in English required; Arabic an asset
- This role is contingent on a successful bid submission.
